Ralph W. Soukis graduated from Thomas Edison State College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History.  While pursuing a career as an EMMY Award winning television editor for the American Broadcasting Company, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University Law School.  Following graduation from law school in 1994 through 2009, Mr. Soukis ran a part-time practice representing clients in the areas of contracts, real estate, personal service agreements, estate and family law. 

His association with Ms. Herchenroder dates back to 1992, when she was his clinical professor at the Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice and continued thereafter when they collaborated as co-counsel on several cases. 

Mr. Soukis has been directly associated with the Law Offices of Jane A. Herchenroder, serving as Of-Counsel since 2009.   He is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey, New York, and in the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
